New Morning Youth & Family Services offers 24-hour emergency assistance to youths of all ages.

New Morning has served El Dorado County for a half-century, providing a safety net for youth and their families in El Dorado County. Programs include alcohol and drug treatment for adolescents, counseling and support for pregnant and parenting teens, and counseling for families, children and teens in crisis.
