In addition to the city of South Lake Tahoe, District V includes the following communities: Tahoma, Meeks Bay, Fallen Leaf, Meyers, Strawberry, Twin Bridges, Kyburz, Phillips, Whitehall, and Pollock Pines.

Notable quote: “I have learned that you can accomplish a lot if you are not concerned with who gets the credit. Work for the solution, not the credit. Compromise is difficult. Consideration of all sides of an issue is essential. I will ask difficult questions and respect the answers to come to fair and mutually beneficial outcomes.” (Source: South Tahoe Now)
