The Ventana Chapter, founded over 50 years ago by Ansel Adams, protects 127 miles of coastline, hundreds of thousands of acres of wild lands and the region’s dwindling water supplies.

Sierra Club is an environmental organization preserving communities, wild places, and the planet itself since 1892. The club is active on the national scene and also has volunteers and staff focusing statewide on issues in California.
