“Help is out there,” states Community Human Services, whose mission is to stop addiction, mental illness and homelessness from destroying lives of middle- and low-income individuals and families in Monterey County.

Services include residential and outpatient substance abuse counseling and recovery options; professional, affordable mental health programs for low-income individuals and families; and several street outreach programs for homeless youth and families with children.
