Sierra Business Council serves the entire Sierra Nevada region, promoting economic empowerment, restoring nature resources, and addressing rural issues.

Founded in 1994, Sierra Business Council is a 501(c)3 organization based in Truckee and registered in both California and Nevada. Its service region extends from Modoc County and the southern section of the Cascades down to Kern County, along the Sierra foothills and the western reaches of Washoe County in Nevada.
