A Grass Valley resident since 1962, Dan Miller served on the Grass Valley City Council from 1989-1996 and again from 2003-2014. He has also served on the Grass Valley Planning Commission, the Nevada Joint High School District Board of Trustees, the Sierra College Foundation, the Grass Valley / Nevada County Chamber of Commerce and the Nevada County Country Club.
