Holly (Woods) Andreatta moved to Lincoln with her family in the early 1970s and grew up here for most of her childhood and early teen years. Andreatta is also an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and she and her husband attend and serve at Lincoln Christian Life Center. She was elected in 2018, but avoided the need to campaign in 2022 when the council voted 4-1 to cancel the election when Andreatta was the only candidate to announce by the Auguest deadline.

It’s the holiday season once more, and downtown Lincoln will again come alive with a parade and tree lighting.The thousands of Lincoln and area residents who attend the event will see significant improvements this year. Most importantly, the former one-day event will be split into two distinct programs: the tree-lighting ceremony on Thursday, Dec. 5, and the Hometown Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec 7.
Voters will decide between four candidates for one open seat on the Lincoln City Council within District 3 on Election Day, Nov. 5.
