Rotary Club is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders that provides community services and encourages high ethical standards in all vocations.
Community service projects include school teacher recognition and support, volunteer programs, housing rehabilitation programs, and naturalization programs. International service programs include student exchange, literacy programs, healthcare, and the Rotary International Foundation.
Each Rotary Club conducts service projects within its local community. To engage more individuals, Rotary Club extends to Rotaract Club. Rotaract is an organization of young adults (university age and young professionals) who take action through community and international services. The organization also offers leadership and fellowship skills.

The multi-year interpretive gardens and native plant nursery project just off the shores of Folsom’s Lake Natoma reached an important milestone this week with the completion of a new gazebo, at Black Miners Bar State Park, a key addition that will enhance the site’s educational and community engagement efforts. The latest phase of the project was made possible through the efforts of three local Rotary Clubs—Rotary Club of Folsom, Rotary Club of Historic Folsom, and Rotary Club of Folsom Lake—who contributed both funding and volunteer labor to bring the structure to life.
In another act of unity, the Rotary Club of Historic Folsom, Folsom Lake Rotary, and the Rotary Club of Folsom are coming together to collect essential supplies for victims of the devastating wildfires in Southern California. The clubs are aiming to fill a moving truck with critical items to provide relief for displaced residents.
In a show of community spirit, members from all three Rotary Clubs of Folsom joined forces to provide critical support for victims of the devastating Southern California wildfires. Over a whirlwind 48 hours, these Rotarians organized, collected, and delivered essential supplies to evacuees and firefighters in the affected areas.

A combination of teamwork, determination and serendipity were all at play when the Rotary Club of Folsom donated a van to a beloved cause - the Flying Samaritans.
It was an evening of goodwill and community spirit at the Rotary Club of Folsom on Thursday as members gathered for a special presentation, awarding a much-needed van to the Flying Samaritans. The van will be used to transport volunteers on their missions, which provide vital medical, dental, and optometry services to underserved communities in Baja California, Mexico.
