The purpose of the landscaping and lighting district advisory committee is to helpestablish lines of communication between city staff and elected/appointed city bodies.The committee meets at 7 p.m. the third Thursday of each month in the R.G. Smith Room at the Folsom Community Center, 52 Natoma Street.
