City of Folsom City Council Councilmember Kerri Howell

Kerri Howell has served on the Folsom City Council since 1998. Originally from Boston, she has lived in Folsom since 1985 and stays active on a variety of committees. She also enjoys hosting international exchange students and showing them the charming life Folsom has to offer.
