As a councilmember, Anna Rohrbough serves District 5, which includes all neighborhoods and businesses north of East Bidwell. In a major upset, her election victory removed Kerri Howell, who had served on the council for 24 years.
Rohrbough has a passion for greater communication to help the city run smoothly and efficiently. She is fairly new to Folsom; her family relocated from Washington state in 2019. Having previously served on city councils in Washington, Rohrbough has also been active on development boards and committees, helping to steering communities toward their future potential. Married with two children, Rohrbough has decades of experience teaching and speaking on transformational leadership, including presenting her own TEDx talk.
