Councilmember Minnie Diallo is a lifelong resident of Lathrop, and she considers public safety and maintaining the Lathrop lifestyle to be her main priorities. She has a passion for education and the development of family activities, she believes “these are things that will make the quality of life better for current Lathropians and those to come.”
