In operation since the mid-1990s, the PARTI Program is committed to elevating youth voices and co-creating projects with the community that promote the development of young people's social and emotional well-being.

Young people represent the future, but nearly a third of California youths in the 11th grade have experienced depression. One in four youths in middle and high school report being bullied. To support youth and combat depression and/or violence, PARTI is dedicated to creating a world where young people feel safe and empowered to make a positive impact in communities.

PARTI offers four core programs:

  1. High Impact: Targets issues of violence, bullying, and poor school morale in three phases: Phase 1 focuses on individual character. Phase 2 tackles life skills and college/career readiness. Phase 3 focuses on community asset connections and employability.
  2. Leadership/Mentor: Connects youth with leadership classes and volunteer opportunities.
  3. Fusion: Instructs low-income youth in various forms of performing arts, including stepping, Polynesian dance, spoken word, and hip hop dance.
  4. Health: Builds physical and emotional strength with experience in running, obstacle courses, agility training and more.
