Commission members should be passionate about promoting the arts and public art projects within the city. The nine members serve two-year terms, including one City Council member, one member of the Planning Commission; one artist/arts organization representative; one arts professional, and five at-large members. Ideally, members are adult residents of Capitola; they may be reappointed for successive two-year terms with a maximum of three terms.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
