The Yolo Habitat Conservancy Board of Directors consists of elected representatives from the county and each of the four cities along with one representative from the University of California, Davis. The board has two primary functions: to assist in the planning, preparation, and subsequent administration of conservation strategies; and to facilitate acquisition of conservation easements to mitigate adverse effects on Swainson’s hawk’s habitat during the planning process. The board meeting schedule can be found here.
Typically meets every other month on the third Monday of the month from 5:30-7:30 pm. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 2nd floor, County Admin Building, 625 Court St, Woodland
