The Woman’s Club of Lincoln was established in 1911 and is the oldest social club in Lincoln. Members work together to have fun and serve the local community.

For more than 100 years, the Woman’s Club of Lincoln has served as a social hub for local women. According to the group’s website, their mission is “To unite the women of Lincoln and neighboring areas to promote educational, social and community involvement.”

The club hosts a monthly club meeting and chamber breakfast. Their social hour is paired with a lunch and a guest speaker. Members also attend the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce breakfast on the last Wednesday of the month from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

The club has partiicpated in various activities during the over 100 years it has been in existence—everything from planting trees for veterams to securing a site for an elementary school.

For those who wish to get involved, dues are $35 per year, and members are asked to attend a service committee meeting once a year and provide snacks and/or lunch. Members are also expected to participate in fundraising events.
