Anne Marie Schubert was first elected to the office of Sacramento County District Attorney in 2014. She previously had more than two decades of law enforcement experience. As a county prosecutor, she formed Cold Case Prosecution and become an expert on forensic DNA. She is running for election for attorney general of California in the nonpartisan 2022 primary.
