The committee provides oversight on commission administration, budget, policy, finance, audit and personnel issues. It consists of six commissioners elected annually by the RTC. A chair is elected each year by the committee.
Meetings are held in the RTC Office, 1523 Pacific Ave., Santa Cruz, on the second Thursday of the month at 3 p.m.
