The City Clerk’s Office is usually the first point of contact for the public. The office is the community’s partner in democracy, providing information and services to help citizens fully participate in its government and make informed decisions.
The office’s functions also include the following: administration of boards and commissions; including recruitment and appointment; and administration of council meetings, including agenda processing, recording meetings online, preparing and retaining the minutes; and agenda notification.
