City of Grover Beach Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is authorized to grant or deny land use applications. It also reviews and makes recommendations on the community’s General Plan. Major areas of involvement include real estate development projects and business uses. The commission, working closely with city planning staff, interprets and applies community values and acts as a buffer between city planners, local political interests, landowners, the council, and the general public.
