The Paso Robles Planning Commission has decision-making authority for land-use-related actions that are not legislative, such as conditional use permits, parcel maps, planned developments, subdivisions, and zone variances. The Planning Commission’s decisions can be appealed to the City Council. Planning Commission meetings are open to the public. Residents have the option to attend in person or participate remotely.
