Sacramento to host the IAMC Spring Forum for the first time

The CCHAT Center teaches listening and spoken language skills to children who are deaf or hard of hearing that will allow them to matriculate into mainstream school programs.
The group believes that children's learning abilities are not limited by their hearing abilities and they should have opportunities to master essential speech and language skills.
