    Jim Luttrell was born and raised in the Sacramento area, and has resided in Elk Grove since 1980. He and wife Linda have been married for more than four decades and currently live in the Del Webb community. Luttrell worked for the Sacramento Fire Department for mor4e than 30 years and retired as a captain. He was president of the board of directors for the Firefighters Burn Institute and Firefighters Local 522.
