Cosumnes Community Services District Board of Directors Director Angela Spease

A resident of Elk Grove for more than four decades, Angela Spease announced her intention to run for the Cosumnes Community Service District Board of Directors in July of 2022. When no other candidates came forward, Spease became the director for District 5. Her first term will run until 2026. Spease, an Elk Grove High School graduate, holds a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She works at ISSE Services, a cybersecurity business that works with the U.S. military and has offices in California and Utah, which she co-owns with husband Kevin Spease. He was elected in 2020 to the Elk Grove City Council.

Angela Spease is active in many community service organizations. She has been a Rotarian since 2010 and has served on the Board of the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce, Runnin' for Rhett, American Heart Association, and the Elk Grove Multicultural Festival. In January 2021, Angela was appointed the co-chair of the City of Elk Grove’s COVID-19 Response, Recovery, and Resiliency Task Force.
