Providing placement services for homeless individuals, Home Start Inc. is a program associated with Volunteers of America Northern California and Northern Nevada.
Volunteers of America expanded its services in Placer County with Home Start in collaboration with the City of Roseville. VOA now manages Home Start Inc. and has completed the renovation to the Home Start campus in downtown Roseville, which will provide affordable housing to those in need in 21 of the units.
