This relatively new chapter of a venerable American institution is a service organization supporting communities in the Tahoe Basin.

Chartered in South Lake Tahoe, this chapter of National Society Daughters of the American Revolution was formally recognized in 2019. The chapter’s priorities include supporting military veterans and homeless students at Lake Tahoe Community College and honoring those who follow the path to United States citizenship. Volunteers are also working to restore and preserve a local historical cemetery that has suffered from neglect and vandalism.
