Mothers’ Milk Bank is the oldest operating milk bank in North America and the only nonprofit organization of its kind in California. The Milk Bank was founded in 1974 to provide human milk to feed premature infants. Mothers who can donate extra breast milk to medically vulnerable infants, parents in need of milk, and health practitioners looking to collaborate can connect through this unique organization.
