Charities Housing is committed to developing, preserving and managing affordable housing for low-income individuals and their families.

The organization currently manages more than 1,200 publicly assisted housing properties available to extremely low and moderate income households. Its core values involve promoting a healthy living environment for all.

Since 1993, this offshoot of Catholic Charities has provided affordable homes throughout Santa Clara County. Houses range from service-enriched housing for low-income families to traditional affordable multi-family housing.
