Working Partnerships USA brings people together to tackle root causes of inequality and poverty. Advocating for change, it collaborates with local organizations to offer “quality jobs, healthy communities, equitable growth and a vibrant democracy.”

Established in 1995, Working Partnership pursues these goals:

• Improve the wages, benefits and working condition for low-income workers.
• Reduce climate impacts and increase affordable housing.
• Achieve universal health coverage.
• Engage voters in advancing policies.

The organization’s work is done through civic engagement to build alliances within local communities. Research and policy development also helps community leaders craft cutting-edge solutions.
