Sustainable Silicon Valley is a nonprofit that envisions a decarbonized Bay Area that is also prosperous, equitable and sustainable.

Orginally founded as a carbon registry of the California EPA, Sustainable Silicon Valley became a nonprofit in 2004. In 2015 the organization shifted to working on projects; its areas of focus include air quality and mobility, water use and reuse, and sustainability.
