Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority Board of Directors Board Member Helen Chapman

Helen Chapman has lived in District 3 for more than 30 years. She served on the board of Green Foothills, chaired the San Jose Park and Recreation Commission, and was appointed to the Coyote Valley Task Force. Chapman also helped build a small park in her neighborhood. Her interests include protecting Coyote Valley, connecting people to nature, outdoor education, and sustaining natural resources.
