Since 1968, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County has opened its Clubhouse doors in its mission “to inspire and empower the youth of Monterey County to realize their full potential to become responsible, healthy, productive and successful citizens.”

The BGCMC believes that filling after-school and summertime with high-quality programs led by trained youth development professionals is vital for a child's growth. Programs include everything from financial literacy, drug and alcohol prevention and gang intervention to mural painting, choir, environmental 3D print-making, and nearly every sport under the sun.
