Serving eight Central California counties— Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito and Tulare—Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center is comprised of a staff and board of directors that mainly is deaf and hard of hearing.

Advocacy, independent living skills instruction, job development and placement, counseling, information and referral, communication assistance, and community education are just a few of the nonprofit’s core services.
