VOLUNTEER DONATE

Mark and Gale Comer have been running Hidden Hills Ranch since they bought the 65-acre property in 2002 and transformed it into an area for kids and adults alike who want to unplug their devices and enjoy all things nature and animals.

Here, you can find horseback riding and pony lessons for riders as young as three, and a Homeschool Haven, where “out of the box thinkers” learn reading, botany, biology, and wilderness survival in the outdoors. Other programs include additional classes on sewing, woodworking, art, piano, cooking and P.E., as well as a special Lil’ Farmers program just for kids that features storytelling, singing, farm chores, gardening, baking, painting, and other crafts.

The ranch also takes miniature horses to schools, senior homes and hospitals as part of its animal-assisted activities that promote anti-bullying and other mental and emotional care.
