DONATE

Since 1921, Junior League volunteers have tackled serious social issues: childhood nutrition and obesity, human trafficking, foster care, juvenile justice, teen self-esteem, cybercrimes, literacy, and the environment.

The Junior League of Monterey County proudly continues this tradition of “developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers” with its Growing Up Gardens program of teaching healthy eating by planting school vegetable gardens. They group also offer scholarships to applicants who have shown a commitment to volunteerism.
