The Finance Department is responsible for the effective management of the city’s fiscal resources and obligations. Also part of the department is the city treasurer, an elected official who serves a four-year term. On the department's web page, citizens can find links to the city's financial statements and finance reports, business license applications and fees, and utility billing information (payments can be made by mail, in person, and online).
