Rick Stephens has been a full-time Placer County resident since 2007. He is a retired business owner with a passion for community service, backpacking in the high Sierra Nevada, and hiking on golf courses. Stephens has degrees from Cornell University and Stanford Business School, and served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1969.
