Aim High offers enrichment programs to middle-school students to better prepare for high school and higher education.

Based in San Francisco, Aim High for High School is a nonprofit organization that gives students in grades 6-9 from low-income neighborhoods life-changing opportunities to set them on a path for success. In a five-week summer camp, these students participate in a variety of activities that allows them to foster new passions while inspiring them to pursue higher education even after high school.

Aim High realized early on that students who feel they are supported and engaged in their middle school years tend to build up confidence, resilience, and go on to achieve great things when those traits are developed in the pivotal years of their lives.

Aim High attributes its student success rate to its unique model in which class sizes are small (eight students per one instructor) and a project-based learning process where kids have the freedom to cook, dance, and explore.

Since its inception in 1986, Aim High has expanded from one campus to 19 locations (including the Truckee-Tahoe region) and has helped more than 15,000 students.
