Rotary Club of Hollister—founded in 1925—is a local branch of the long-standing service organization made up of business and professional leaders “united worldwide who conduct humanitarian projects, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and work toward world understanding and peace.”
Hollister Rotary is proud to have helped building the Clubhouse at Bolado Golf Course, the Heli-Pad at Hazel Hawkins Hospital, and the Highway 156 landscape entrance leading into town.

.The idea of donating toothbrushes to needy folks around the world began when Larry Barr was on a trip to Mindanao, an island in the Philippines where Hollister Rotary Club was working to build and renovate schools in the area.
