CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of San Benito County launched in 2007 with its mission to “train and support community volunteers who advocate for abused or neglected children placed in foster care; upholding the children’s rights while pursuing a safe and permanent home.”
Each year, approximately 80 children in crisis situations in San Benito County are put into the local foster care system, and CASA welcomes volunteers from all walks of life to provide a caring and consistent presence while the child is in foster care.

Each year, CASA of San Benito County advocates for and provides essential services to foster children in our community. These vital services are delivered by community members who receive training from experts in the field.CASA San Benito County believes that every child deserves to experience joy and a sense of belonging, especially during the holiday season.
Jessica Ravetz, the new Executive Director for CASA San Benito, discovered the magic of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) working as a volunteer advocate and working with families and children at sibling organizations.
Nonprofit says Rosy Segura’s contributions have been invaluable.
