Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce has represented local businesses for more than a century. Since 1901, its mission has been to develop and promote a community that is economically vibrant.

The Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce has well over 100 members united by the desire to make San Joaquin County a better place to live and work. The chamber is eager to show its commitment to inclusion and excellence in the community by working to ensure there are no barriers to participation in chamber activities.

There are multiple programs to encourage members build on their successes. Some programs help members with day-to-day marketing efforts. Other entities serve as advocates and watchdogs for local business interests by interacting with local officials and state legislators.

The chamber also has ideas for promoting educational opportunities and improving skills in the workforce—including its Business Education Alliance, which has been recognized for its achievements in linking business and education. And through its Green Team San Joaquin, the chamber encourages businesses to adopt environmentally friendly practices.
