The Lodi District Chamber of Commerce helps businesses grow—and it’s been striving to create a strong community for more than a century.

This nonprofit group describes itself as “a catalyst for business growth, a convener of leaders and influencers for positive change, and a champion for our community.” It has a dedicated website for its Grow in Lodi program, which was created to focus on workforce development and economic competitiveness to ensure that Lodi is a community where new companies can take root—or where established companies can relocate.

The Asset Based Community Development: Love Your Block community program is organized by the Lodi Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the City of Lodi. The program works to improve the Heritage District, in the eastern side of Lodi, by supporting citizen-driven community improvement projects.

The Lodi District Chamber of Commerce offers many benefits for the businesses that become members. But it is not all about business. Neighborhood groups are invited to engage with the chamber to work toward transforming their corners of the city.
