The Oasis City Center is a 501(c)(3) organization that supports local families. The center’s programs are run by Oasis Church, a Christian church with several locations.

The Center offers community support in the areas of faith, fitness, food, and education.

Through the organization’s Oasis Cares program, volunteers distribute food to neighborhoods in San Joaquin County every week. By March 2020, Oasis provided more than 3 million pounds of food to some 600,000 people. Individuals can submit a neighborhood or street for food distribution via the organization’s website.

Oasis YTH is another program focused on middle and high school students. The program includes mentorship in various sectors of life and also hosts events such as the Back to School Bash, where students can pick up food and free school supplies before school starts.

The center also offers exercise facilities, including a track, table games, gaming lounge and basketball court, which are $20 for adults and $10 for kids. Those funds are then allocated to a community cause of the individuals’ choosing.

Center hours are Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
