Tracy City Center Association

The Tracy City Center Association serves both residents and tourists to the area, providing welcome information, special events, and transportation, as part of keeping downtown Tracy active and vibrant.

The Tracy City Center Association has the ongoing goal of facilitating proper investment in both public and private businesses and organizations that reside in Tracy's city center/downtown district. This includes working on public improvements; providing educational, cultural, artistic, and charitable events; and focusing on the economic health of businesses, employees, and residents.

The western boundary the area covered by TCCA is A and 10th streets, the northern is 11th Street and Central Avenue, eastern is the east side of Central Avenue, with the southern boundary at Sixth Street and the commercial block between Sixth and D Streets. Within these property lines is a wide array of stores, restaurants, salons, professional businesses, and nonprofits. It’s a snapshot of Tracy’s economy and cultural hub, and many small business owners thrive in this district. TCCA serves adjacent to the Chamber of Commerce to ensure that everything looks, feels, and functions its best when it comes to business life.
