The Planning Commission is appointed by the Manteca City Council. This advisory body reviews issues of zoning, general planning and city development and makes recommendations to the council. The commission works in partnership with the director of Development Services. The Planning Commission has six members—five full-time and one alternate. Each commissioner serves a four-year term. Agendas, minutes and video of meetings are posted online.
Meets the first and third Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
