Mayor Gary Singh describes himself as a family man, who is raising two young sons with his wife. He has lived in Manteca for decades and runs a small business as a broker and real estate agent. His passions for Manteca include making the local government more technologically advanced and ensuring that all voices throughout the city are heard.
