Vice Mayor Mike Morowit originally served on the Manteca City Council from 2014 to 2018 but lost his reelection bid. He was successful in a run to represent the newly drawn District 4 in the 2022 general election. He and wife Georgette have four children and three grandchildren. Morowit represents the Del Webb, Union Ranch, Primavera, Chadwick Square and Collective neighborhoods, as well as the surrounding areas.
