Formed in 1996, the Mountain House Community Services District provides vital resources for this comnunity where families can get away from the fast-paced city lifestyle. Though it’s not an incorporated city, Mountain Home has its own state-of-the-art schools, parks and other amenities provided by the district staff under the direction of an elected board of directors.
The Mountain Home Community Services District Board of Directors provides oversight of the district, which is responsible for providing 18 different essential services to Mountain Home residents.
