Lockeford Community Services District and San Joaquin County are developing this four-acre space next to Lockeford Elementary.
The nonprofit group Friends of the Lockeford Memorial Park has raised funds for park amenities. So far, a walking path, shade structure, exercise circuit, play equipment, picnic tables and benches are installed, with more to come.
