VOLUNTEER

The Saratoga Historical Foundation’s mission is to collect and preserve the history of the city of Saratoga.

The foundation was established in 1962 by Florence Russell Cunningham, a school teacher who was interested in local history and chaired the city’s History Committee. She was also an avid collector of local memorabilia. At her death, she willed her collection and the money from her estate to establish a museum for Saratoga. That dream became a reality in 1976.
